COMAC MLE26.09 CNC MACHINING CENTER
The working zone has aluminium supports and interchangeable vacuum cups which freely move along the aluminium bars with pneumatic clamping in any position.
The vacuum system is totally enclosed within the aluminium bars.
The work zone has two working fields.
Standard Composition:
- No. 6 aluminium support bars
- No. 12 interchangeable vacuum cups with pneumatic locking
- No. 4 pneumatic lifting bars for easy loading/unloading
- No. 6 pneumatically controlled stops on rear on machine
- No. 6 pneumatically controlled stops on front of machine
- No. 2 pneumatically controlled stops right side of field
- No. 2 pneumatically controlled stops left side of field.
Standard Machine Head Composition:
- Vertical drilling head with 2.5HP motor and vertical stroke 70mm
- 9 vertical boring spindles at 32mm centers
- 2 double horizontal boring spindles X axis at 32mm centers
- 1 double horizontal boring spindle Y axis
- 1 scoring saw 115mm dia, on the X axis only
- 1 electrospindle 10HP, 20 000 RMP with ISO 30 connection
- 6 position automatic tool changer directly connected to the router head to minimize the time for the changing of the tools (maximum tool diameter is 150mm).

Numerical control in standard window interface for easy graphic programming with CAM/CAD and working cycle optimization, existing CAD programs can easily be loaded into the software.
Mobile control handset, to provide the operator with an instant and easy control of the machine.
The weight of the “X†axis beam is supported totally on the rebated machine frame using two linear guides, INA type with a large width of 35mm; the guides are protected by internal and external dust scrapers.
The two linear guides are locked and inserted on the internal side of the tracks. The top linear guide is combined with a sturdy rack and pinion type module Brandt 3, hard tempered, with teeth tilted at 19 degrees to guarantee maximum precision.
